Animal Flow

This exercise is an introduction to animal flow where participants will learn the basics of animal flow and simulate the moves while performing them in a simple and enjoyable manner for maximum benefit. The aim is to activate and move the flowing fascia slings, spiral line, deep front line, lateral line, superficial back line and superficial front line.
