This class is aimed to wake up your entire body physically, mentally and spiritually with a mix of Yoga, Mobilty and strength exercises to help prepare you for the day and unwind you from the effects of desk posture. You will feel  taller, slimmer and more confident and mentally clearer for  the rest of the day after the class.

Dress: comfortable clothes, barefoot/socks 
Equipment: bring your own mats, and water bottle
