This class is a unique strength and body conditioning training.
It's designed to strengthen the body through using different kinds of resistance such as bodyweight, barbells, kettlebell, bands, TRX and others. It also includes conditioning to enhance the aerobic capacity helping you run faster. Squats, deadlifts, press or pull are part of the drill and the class lasts for 45 to 60 minutes.
Please bring a mat and a bottle of water.
