A full body workout in Crossfit style with Coach Dalia. 
 
Every Sunday and Wednesday prepare yourself for a challenging physical workout.
 
Its a mix between using weights for resistance, cardio and crossfit. The exercises are challenging and aim to improve your fitness level, increase your strength and speed.

10KWD per month

5 KWD per month (for athletes younger than 15 years)
 
Only in December classes will be every Saturday and Wednesday 9 pm
